ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Regional Performance Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to automotive clients, advising leadership teams while actively driving operational performance improvements. This role combines strategic advisory with hands-on implementation to unlock performance and profitability.

You will lead client engagements end-to-end, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and frontline delivery. This position requires a high level of client interaction, operational expertise, and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders.

This role includes up to 50% travel.

CLIENT ADVISORY AND ENGAGEMENT

• Serve as a trusted advisor to dealership and OEM leadership teams
• Diagnose operational performance and identify revenue optimization opportunities
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable, measurable initiatives
• Lead client engagements with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
• Build long-term partnerships grounded in credibility, trust, and results

EXECUTION & PERFORMANCE DELIVERY

• Embed within client operations to drive implementation at the point of customer interaction
• Implement performance improvement strategies across rental and service operations
• Coach and develop frontline teams to elevate service delivery and revenue capture
• Optimize inventory management, utilization, and operational efficiency
• Ensure consistent execution of Revcuity methodologies across all client sites

ANALYTICS & BUSINESS INSIGHT

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Establish performance benchmarks and track measurable outcomes
• Provide clear, actionable reporting to client stakeholders
• Use data to inform recommendations and influence decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • 4+ years of experience within automotive, rental, or related operational environments

  • 2+ years in a leadership, consulting, or client-facing role

  • Management of direct customer contact, employee relations, budget, and P&L review in a high-volume operation

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make prudent decisions

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across the organization with peers, subordinates, and supervisors, both written and verbal.

  • Strong team-oriented leadership skills and proven track record in management role

  • Ability to attract, evaluate, coach, and advance staff to create an effective organization

  • Working knowledge of sales reporting systems, including computer programs, reports, policies, and procedures
